David has been practicing labour and employment law for over 25 years. He has appeared before BC Supreme Court, Federal Court Trial Division, the Federal Court of Appeal, federal and provincial labour relations boards and human rights tribunals, WorkSafe BC, and other administrative tribunals. He represents trade unions in grievance arbitrations and mediations, bargaining unit certifications, and governance. David also acts for employers and employees in non-union workplace related matters and is available to assist with workplace investigations. He has extensive experience in the area of societies and professional associations, providing representation in complex litigation matters, and can provide advice in connection with governance-related issues and member discipline and disputes.
