Our firm’s senior paralegal, Titus Gregory, is a Designated Paralegal as well as a participant in the Innovation Sandbox Program of the Law Society of British Columbia. As such, he can independently provide cost-effective legal advice and representation to individuals, non-profits, trade unions, and businesses in the areas of Employment and Labour Law and Societies and Non-Profits Law. Mr. Gregory can represent clients directly before the Provincial Court of British Columbia (on small claims matters), labour arbitrators, and administrative tribunals such as the BC Labour Relations Board, the Canada Industrial Relations Board, the BC Human Rights Tribunal, the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal, the BC Civil Resolution Tribunal, WorkSafeBC, and the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Tribunal.

Mr. Gregory is also a professional parliamentarian, with over 20 years of experience. Mr. Gregory has acted as external chair or parliamentarian of general meetings and board of directors meetings for a number of not-for-profit organizations, with attendance ranging from less than 20 to over 500 people. He has successfully handled many contentious meetings, including controverted elections, motions without notice, points of order, challenges to the chair, and impeachments and censures of directors and officers.
